The Gospel from the Air: Creation Part Two

In my last video, I stated that Bible isn’t a scientific text. So concerning the exact "how" in how everything got started, there's always going to be some level of mystery. That doesn't mean that science isn't important though. On the contrary, it is a very important discipline and nature certainly reveals many things about the Creator God, but I just think we're going to have to wait until we finally reach that Golden Shore to have all of our answers satisfied. So if we’re looking to the Bible to answer all of those kinds of questions, we aren’t going to find them there.

The Bible is a text that is meant to reveal who God is. In today's lesson, we're going to examine to whom was the original Genesis text was written to, why that's important, what observations can we draw from it, and why is that important for us today.
